  • This VIP support does not include any 'Done For You' services.
  • This is a monthly membership subscription, charged to your credit card automatically on the same date every month.
  • There is a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • You may cancel this subscription at anytime following the minimum 3 month commitment via email to [email protected].
  • Due to the administration involved, should you cancel part way through your billing month/period, there will be no partial refund provided. 
  • To allow for time zones and technical admin, if you do wish to cancel your subscription, then please ensure you allow plenty of time in advance of your recurring payment date to avoid being charged for your next membership period. Our team will aim to respond to your email ASAP and always within 24 hours.
  • This price is in USD and is GST inclusive for NZ businesses.
  • This price includes 1 login for you and another for your team members/VA. It must not be shared with anyone outside of your business.
  • Your VIP Consulting includes 1 x 1hr zoom consulting call per month and ongoing support between calls via Voxer messaging app. Monday - Fridays. 
  • The Live Implementation Session Group Calls will be held monthly and you will be given advance notice of the date. 
  • The Weekly Group Q&A Post will take place within the Vault each week, where you can add your questions for Kate to answer.
